You’re in control - we want you to get incredible value from membermeister so our plans either run month to month or year to year, depending on what you prefer. We kindly ask for 30 days notice should you decide to cancel. The annual plans provide the best value for money whilst the monthly plans are great if you don’t want to commit right away.

We will make sure that membermeister pays for itself, multiple times over. Sometimes we tweak the plan limits or offer a custom plan, depending on your individual circumstances. When you’re dealing with us you talk to real people, not to a computer so just get in touch and let’s chat.
We currently integrate with GoCardless to process payments. The fees for these types of payments are
extremely competitive at only 1.8% plus 20 pence and are comprised of a 1% GoCardless plus 20 pence fee and
a 0.8% membermeister fee. This fee pays
for the development effort on our end to provide you with the real time saver of automatic reconciliation of
invoices.
An added bonus: the cost per transaction is capped which is really handy if you have very large invoices.
We will get you started with a personal setup. This includes a free review, cleanup and import of your existing data plus the import and setup of your timetable. This is completely free, even if you only want to try membermeister. We will hand you an account that is ready to go, all we need from you is the initial data, ideally in spreadsheet format but we can also help if you still use paper registers (Let's stop that! 😁)
No, membermeister is fully cloud based and all you need to access your account is a web browser (available on any device) and an internet connection.
Yes and yes. You can add as many staff members as you need to and you can choose between 4 different roles, each with its own access level. You can also add staff without login permissions if you simply want to assign them to a class or group but prefer them no to log in.
Absolutely. Most of your data is exportable with a couple of clicks, be it member data, timetables, invoices or payments. For anything more complex you can simply contact us and we will help.
